M300GT軸距比一般12仔長

Hi bill, last night I did checked with my car that the axles distance is about 200mm and the M300GT is about 210mm. I guess the 5mm offset from the front and rear axles should be ok since we can adjust and cut the wheels opening on the shell randomly.

Besides needing longer shell holding posts, not sure if there is other issue should be noted. ^^

I have used a Tamiya (Tamtech) 1/12 Porsche 935 on my 1/12 before.

I still need to cut the rear wheel opening about 5-6mm off from the original cutout.  From a distance, you cannot see the difference.

You will need to extend the body posts or use longer body posts.

The Kawada shell should fit better since the 300GT is based on a real 1/12.  Thus the wheelbase and the width of the shell may fit better.

As for driving, of course the 'normal' 1/12 shell are much better.  But its quite fun to drive a 'realistic' 1/12.

i know a guy play at wan chai and hand make a longer 底板 (210mm) for his 12r5 then play normal mini car body....it is not very 難 make a firbe 底板 but it will make the 1/12 not fast as it use the racing body.....if want to play mini body for fun.....i suggest buy m300GT or normal mini car like m05 (FF) or VM2 (4wd)

by the way...i have a friend have m300GT and it very fast ...fast then those m05
but you can't compare it with normal 12 son speed...

Hi Ching, I just thought if I could use some realistic body without great change and of course it is for fun and my son like GTR as well. ^^
