bro. j,

u not stupid...but tamiya is.......
the BOX u see with the rubber band is for reciever battery storage......4 x AA size battery.....tamiya make it in individual box and have not any clips...have to use rubber band fix it...offical design......soo bad.....so....stupid is not u...is tamiya.......

Hehehe.....I can't understand why Tamiya has such design to lock up the rear battary box cover with a rubberband, I even think of another way to hold it firmly to chassis, but in vain, so, I finally have to use such a stupid way to hold it tight, hahaaa......u have any suggestions? thx 1st.

hi bro. python,
if u r using the the ESC.....not extra 4x AAsize battery needed.....maybe the best way to fix this stupid "problem" is to glue it........but for myself....i planned to use ESC but put it into this box........so planned to cut the mesh on the top off and replace with a real mesh.....but at this moment have not further idea on it now....may tell u guys later once i get it!!!!
