Being living in "Big 6", I don't have a choice of not using Taobao.
I have spent more than 10K RMB via Taobao for the past few months, no problem at all. From buying Mini-Z, Mini-Z parts to 1/10 parts (like shell, PS paint, Batteries, Hyperion Chargers...etc), to tools (like drill bits, hand saw, masking tape...etc)
But I almost do 2 things all the time to protect myself:
- Used Alipay 100% of the time. It works like paypal. And it protect you from not transferring money to the seller unless you receive goods in good shape
- Always select shops which specialized in a particular area and has good feedback. For example, I always buy RC parts from RC shops (which sometimes are well known also in web site like bbs.rcfans.com, and have a real shop somewhere). Please do your research first.
Despite this is China, I have to praise that there are many good sellers out there, they even refund me the differences if the courier charge is less than what I have already paid for. And they all fully refunded for goods that they do not have stock.作者: Silk 時間: 2010-9-13 17:56
