your battery might be dead , do you hv another battery to try?
and don't let your battery keep fully charged for long time (1 week is too long ) it will make the battery less powerful .

the main motor might be dead too becoz it is a brushed motor and the quality is not good. or just buy a new battery to try. it s the most simple way to confirm which one is dead.
