GTR™ Springs
Traxxas offers a wide variety of spring rates for the GTR shocks to precisely compensate for lighter or heavier truck configurations and different rocker installations. The springs use high-quality spring steel with durable powder-coated finishes. Spring rate is indicated by colored dots on the end of the spring. Part nos. 5648 and 5649 are ‘long’ and are original equipment on the Summit. The other accessory springs are standard-length as used on Revo and E-Revo and will lower the Summit’s ride height. The Summit’s threaded shock collars may be used to raise the ride height when shorter springs are installed.
