我想問吓各位師兄, 我架車有嚴重左右大細呔問題, AWD是否比MR02嚴重, 用介子攝彈弓又係唔係唯一方法?

我用京商彈弓, 頭綠, 尾紅, 珠差頭atomic, 尾京商, 轉向杯頭2度, 尾1度,呔尺頭1度toe-out, 尾1度toe-in. [attach]228246[/attach]至於介子就唔記得係邊隻牌子, 一包金屬三隻厚度(0.1/0.2/0.3mm).

From the photo, the problem probably lies in the preloaded springs, particularly those in red.

Let me guess. You probably tried to run the car on a carpeted track and experienced some 'up-turn-over'. You then lowered the ride height by putting shims beneath the 4 bearing hubs. But because you are still using standard Kyosho springs which are comparatively long, they will only get compressed when you take a stronger corner and thus your car is difficult to control.

Another disadvantage of using too many shims is it will be difficult to ensure all 4 tyres touch the ground evenly. You can check this by putting your car (with battery and shell) on a completely flat surface (best to be a piece of thick glass or acrylic). If there is a tyre that tends not to touch the glass surface while the other three do, say the right front tyre, your car will tend to oversteer when it turns left, and understeer when it turns right. That is what you regarded as "左右大細呔問題".

So how to solve the shim problem? Any tricks?

我已經試過"登"四個轆嘅平衡, 放係平面上提起其中一個轆, 當其他三個轆是旦一個都升離平面時, 量度離平面高度, 然後係離平面比較高的那邊彈弓加介子, 令到左右平衡. 但"登"完之後, 都仍然左右大細呔. 轉右灣勁推頭, 而轉左邊就甩尾.....

原本念住下星期用架AWD落場, 唉set極都set唔到....其實係唔係Torque steer問題呢? 改頭單會唔會好D?

係自己換嘅, 不過PN嘅碳板唔係太醒, 隆位唔準, 裝完轉向杯上下"yuk", 有D jam jam地, 要自己執.

You should first choose the right springs of the right length, not by adding shims at the bottom. Preloading the springs too much can never make a car run normally.

咁就奇la, 我見呢度好多師兄都話尾用紅色kysho彈弓, 但我裝o左條紅色彈弓後, 條紅色彈弓就被車重壓短o左少少, 咁係唔係代表條彈弓太軟唔啱?

All 4 springs should be compressed a little when you car(in full running weight) is laid on a flat surface.
