標題: Savage X SS coming......
Other HPI news included the world introduction of two new “SS” trucks, the Savage X SS 4.6 and the Hellfire SS. The Savage X SS is a build-it-yourself kit version of the Savage X, featuring the big K4.6 engine with wheelie-popping power. It comes with an alloy tuned pipe to make it breathe, grippy Dirt Bonz tires for off-road traction, heavy-duty drivetrain pieces to handle the power, a dual stainless steel disc brake for consistent braking power, adjustable upper link turnbuckles, a clear body, and no radio so you can install your own race-quality components. All of the great new Savage X features are there, easy access diffs and tranny, 17mm hex hubs, low CG chassis, tough nylon roll hoop and roll cage, and the much-improved radio box that makes getting into the radio gear a snap. The Savage X SS 4.6 is slated for a June release and will definitely be a popular kit for hard core Savage fans and anyone that likes to bash monster trucks…hard!

Savage .... means a chicken to HPI, and soya sauce means its' customers .....

Wonder how many versions of Savage already in the market ...

God damnit.......... when was the X and Hellfire releasted? Like yesterday???!!!

I guess my next target would be Baja SS kit lu.........
BTW, that SS motor looks like a lawn mower's engine...........

我最慘, 兩架RTR我都有, 為有買Option將架車改做SS...

HPI style .... RTR and then SS kit versions .... and then upgraded to another model number with minor changes .....

This price seems a bit high comparing to the usual price range of Savage .....

For this SS version, it has engine, but no electronic, and the price is similar to the Savage X RTR. So this one has to be something more than the RTR ....

If it got all the 6 CVDs .... then ....

But dont know if HPI will delay again this Savage X SS, as they are too well know on delaying. like the Baja. Also i think in Mainland China it would not as early as September. HK Should get this first.
