I have PN spring when I use it my car lost control when I turn.
My setup is as following:

- Benz CKL Vodafone
- AD PCB no fet
- AD Stock motor
- 19/29 A2/B2
- PN Motor heat sink
- Front 1 Degree Camber, Rear 2 Degree Camber
- Front & Rear Atmoic ball diff.

Can you share how you set up your front and rear using PN spring?

I use atomic 20 degree no pattern front
rear atomic 10 degree with pattern

do you apply tyre glue?
are your ball diff. set up properly?
which spring do you use in both front & rear?

To make your suspensions w/ PN spring work properly, you should add spacers(shims) on each knuckle, you may start with adding 0.8mm at bottom & 0.4mm on the top on each corner, and adjust the droop by adding and removing shims to suit your driving style but make sure not to preload springs...

If you dont add any shims under PN springs, the ride height of your AWD is certainly too low. Moreover,  given the very large droop value, you car will be very responsive. this may refer to why you lose control when cornering.

What you need to buy is a set of 3mm shims a set of 4mm shims from PN, other brands may not fit into your knuckles.

I used double tape to stick my tyre.

What colour of PN springs shall be apply in front and rear?
White front and Green at rear?

For the shims, 0.4mm on top of the spring? 0.8mm on the bottom of kucnkle?

White front and Green at rear should be ok for stock car
0.4 below spring, 0.8 below knuckle

Ah..one more thing, apply #15000 kyosho gear diff grease on 4 joints between kunckles and upper cover.

Finally I get the setting done and now is ok... even though not perfect...

I think I will go for SAS on my next stage.

For the shims, if I remove some from the bottom or below spring how will it affect the turning?

remove some shims from the bottom = more droop
remove some shims from below spring = more droop & lower ride height
In general, more droop meaning more responsive with the trade off of less steering mid-corner and at corner exit.
