如果$1200,咁就買OS 12TZ 3port喇.

just want to ask if os 12TZ is turbo engine? Please check check the look of its crankshaft?
In fact, the cutting verge at EFRA cranshaft also is turbo scoop...the manufacturer cut the turbo scoop at the pendulum only for the EFRA shaft.  Its because they need to comply with EFRA SPEC....for those crankshafts with big scoop up to the intake hole, some manufacturers call them as turbo crankshaft but some wont intend to call them as Outlaw...

Please check OS 12TZ spec or other engines recognized by EFRA...most equipped with turbo glowplugs and they dont have big turbo scoop up to intake hole...But MOST PEOPLE CONSIDER THOSE ENGINES AS TURBO

If insist to say Turbo engines must have big turbo scoop, nothing to say...U can assume u ar right
