Any C-hing call tell me what is the different between 5port vs 3port engine (say os 12 tz 5 port and os 12 tz 3 port)?
What should I choose for 1/10 touring car?

it's really depend where you play;
PYC; prefer 3 ports
ACO; prefer 5 ports

3 ports have more low-end and 5 ports have more high end. It really depend on the track size.
