if "未拆袋就發現少左一粒V10" then would it be a Tamiya's problem instead of the shop?

Can it be ordered back from Tamiya? Can he ask Waigo to help?

I know this thread. I am not commenting who is right and who is wrong. My question remains:

* If already lost a part "before the bag was opened" could it be missing already during packaging by Tamiya?

It may be valid that the shop should be responsible to try to get the part back but the posts sounded like the shop was to be blamed for losing the part, which seems contradictory to the above.

P.S. I have no affiliation with the shop. Frankly, I don't even know where the shop is.

Usually, the shop should be responsible for any compensation IF the parts of the bag is still hasn't
opened ! Don't worry about that !

Fair enough. I don't dispute that. I presume the posts meant that the shop refused to help to get the part.

銷后服務：最低限度要協助顧客解決問題，唔好話唔關本店事幫你唔到！
舉例：如果我在日本欏埋袋野同果間廠講，未拆袋發現了少了一粒V10。
間廠一定係即刻送番一粒同連續講幾聲(對不起)，哩Ｄ先係銷后服務。

That's fair. At least the shop should offer to help the customer to get the part back.

BTW since I am going to head to MK tomorrow to get the Japanese RC magazines I will visit this "famous" shop to see what it is like!
