How to repair the ESC? Just mail the ESC back to HW?
I have one v2.1 120a Xerun. I have read the web site. It is need to fill in the repair service form.
How to download?
Is it necessary to inform HW before I sent the ESC back to HW by mail?

FYI

I have sent a e-mail to CS of HobbyWing since 22-01-2013.
I am very disappointed that nobody reply any e-mail to me.
Do I sent the ESC without any contact confirmed.

HobbyWing 提議我用順豐速運, 但要報關,電子產品要打稅, 又沒有單據
可否用Post Office當包裹寄

電變功能設定：

Hi kkchung ching,
I can't change the setting of this item through computer because it is grey in color.
I am using EZRUN WP60A
Is it safe to only change wire A-C,B-B,C-A?
