電單車 Problem during assembly

I cannot fit the long shaft (13) into (14). Shaft too thick or hole on (14) too small.
Anyone else got the same problem? What can I do?

Thanks for the replies.
I did some measurements with the digital caliper. The hole is less than 2.95mm, and the shaft is 3.05. That means there is 0.1mm difference in diameter. I can't believe Kyosho allows this kind of tolerance.
Anyway, I will try sanding down the shaft, since I don't have a drill.
