This post is a bit old...but I also see this toy bike selling at 太原街, wanchai at $18

only $10!
saw it today in SSP toy street.
claimed to be Mattel product and the seller dropped it on the ground to show its quality.
actually build quality is excellent and it comes with 2 helmets....
