Both Mini-Z and AMZ are not designed to fit in Sanwa Receivers although I believe some has tried to put in. If you race 1/10 touring, go for X-power IDT. It's designed to use most popular brands of receiver, such as Sanwa, Futaba and KO. IDT is 1:24 scale touring car, different class compared to Mini-Z and AMZ. You will find it just like racing 1/10 scale touring.
Other than brother kevt2005 recommand for IDT, There are other choice like
IMT (1:27 can fit many Mini-z body) by Xpower
BZ (1:27 belt drive system) by Atomic which can also fit Mini-Z body 98mm basaed (factory kit have Metal ESC no receiver that can use popular receivers)
AMZ or AMR to modify Factory ESC unit with your receiver
