No. of turns

The yokomo motor shown in the attached picture refers. I guessed it is a 13 turns motor. Isn't it?

Does the performance of this old "13 turns" equal to the new "13 turns" motor that are currently available in the market. (because I don't know whether the current meaning of "no. of turns" is same as past)
