The last image is strange, the servo should be in centre position !?
I would suggest to check the fron wheel alignment and then the rear wheel alignment.
First make sure they are all straight.
There is a image showing the carb in idle position. Is this a stock engine from the v1s ? My guess is the carb opening is too narrow. (which cause idle and starting problem)
