本人係新手一名,想買架遙控車玩下,近日睇中左2架車
1. teamlosi mini-lst   (我朋友推薦)
2. 雙星frog(細個架) (我比較喜歡呢架)

大家覺得買邊款好呵,論性能,操控性,好玩程度邊個好d呢
請大大幫我選擇一架啦

Don't buy the MLST until the new release gears by GPM and DrivenPro are properly tested. The MLST stock diffs are very troublesome, some can't even handle stock motor. I have one of them and because of this reason, I have only driven it once and it is on the shelf now waiting for the new gears report. I read about the Tamtech frog and it is really good, stock drivetrain can handle brushless motors already. To this date, I still prefer the Team Associated RC18 series, I only have several hopups on them and they have survived my bashing. I have 2 of them, one with Mamba 8000kv brushless and another with 9200kv brushless. Both running on 8 cell battery pack, really really fast. I have the RC18T, RC18MT, MLST, Minizilla, M18 and have tried brushless in all of them. The MLST is the most disappointing one.

Depending on the amount of kv the brushless motor have, differ in performance. Lower kv=more torque, runtime, less topend. Higher kv=less torque, less runtime, more top end. For example, a 4200kv mamba is similar to stock speed, but should have more torque. Since brushless motors are more efficient, therefore you will gain runtime. But this runtime decreases are you run faster motors. The 9200kv from Dynamite is the fastest micro brushless on the market right now. Best thing is there is no maintenance for brushless.

You also have to take in consideration what vehicle you are putting the brushless in. For example, when I bought the MLST when it came out, I didn't know of the diffs problem. After running it once in stock, I changed to mamba 6800kv, but the speed difference is very little because it didn't have enough torque for the truck. MLST should run motors from AON, Hyperion, etc.
