The 2nd layer board of this K2-X is very easy to be damaged. Alaways broken. That's why I like AYK NX101.

One more point to share. The 12 sons used 6 cells, not 4 cells, battery at that time.

Maybe I just lucky, my Cosmic GPM never damage after many hard crashs, it seems unbreakable to me.
